Can I import my existing customer data?

Yes! FieldFoxx supports importing customer data from CSV files, QuickBooks, and most major CRM systems. Our import wizard makes the process simple and secure. We also provide data migration assistance for larger datasets.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and ACH bank transfers for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe with PCI compliance. We also offer flexible billing cycles and prorated adjustments for plan changes.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing adjustments. Pro customers also get access to our customer portal for self-service billing management.

Navigate to your dashboard, find the Google Calendar integration section, and click 'Connect'. You'll be redirected to Google to authorize access. Once connected, your jobs will automatically sync with your Google Calendar, and calendar events will sync back to FieldFoxx.

Can I connect multiple QuickBooks companies?

Yes! FieldFoxx supports multiple QuickBooks companies with separate credential management for each account. Each company's data is kept separate and secure, with OAuth 2.0 authentication for each connection.

Can technicians use the app offline?
