What we do
FieldFoxx handles scheduling, recurring jobs, dispatch, client management, quotes, invoices, and online card payments in one platform. We integrate with QuickBooks Online for accounting sync and Mailchimp for client email campaigns.
The Business plan includes a built-in CRM with pipeline stages, threaded client email, follow-up tasks, deals and forecasting, and a unified activity timeline.
Who we serve
FieldFoxx is designed for owner-operators and small crews—typically 1 to 15 people—that need structure without enterprise complexity. The platform supports lawn care routes, landscaping maintenance, electrical service calls, plumbing repairs, HVAC installs, cleaning schedules, and handyman work.
How we're different
We charge flat monthly rates: $25/mo for up to 3 team members or $125/mo for unlimited team members. There are no per-user fees, and both plans include recurring jobs, online payments, and integrations.
We charge a 3% platform fee on online card payments (on top of Stripe's standard processing fee), and we're transparent about it. Checks and cash carry no FieldFoxx fee.
